In your role as (Junior) Acquisition Manager (m/f/x), you will work closely with the Acquisition and Sales teams to identify new investment opportunities and support their integration into the MYNE portfolio. MYNE Homes invests in residential and holiday properties (single assets and portfolios) across Europe.

About MYNE
Your mission
- Ongoing market analysis and validation of our regional acquisition profiles.
- Identification of suitable properties and development of your own acquisition pipeline.
- Coordination with sellers, brokers, and developers regarding property documentation and site visits.
- Review of property data and preparation of financial feasibility analyses and investment presentations.
- Preparation of investment proposals and presentation to key decision-makers.
- Support throughout the transaction execution process.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in real estate, transaction management, controlling, or finance.
- You are able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, while prioritizing tasks to consistently meet deadlines.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
