Your mission
- You develop growth hypotheses and execute projects independently using AI tools, automations, and low-code solutions.
- You identify opportunities across the entire customer journey and translate them into concrete initiatives that improve acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- You use AI not as a toy, but as a productivity multiplier. Prompting, workflows, agents, and automations are part of your everyday toolkit.
- You evaluate emerging AI technologies and adopt new solutions early to accelerate execution and create competitive advantages.
- You think in funnels, growth levers, and systems. You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
- You work across acquisition, conversion, and retention, contributing wherever you can create the greatest impact.
- You build processes, structures, and automations that make growth measurable, repeatable, and scalable.
- You analyze results, derive actionable insights, and continuously optimize initiatives based on data and learnings.
- You work closely with our marketing team and collaborate across functions to drive the fast and effective execution of growth initiatives.
Your profile
- You have a proven track record of not only coming up with ideas, but also executing them successfully. You get projects across the finish line and create real results.
- You are data-fluent and can independently analyze, interpret, and translate data into concrete next steps – even without a dedicated BI team.
- You are familiar with AI tools, automations, and modern workflow systems. Tools like n8n, Zapier, GPT-based workflows, or similar solutions are part of your toolkit.
- You want ownership of problems, not just a list of tasks. You understand the “why” before diving into the “how.”
- You have experience working in a fast-growing environment, such as a startup, scale-up, management consultancy, or a similar setting.
- You think strategically but don't get lost in endless concepts. At the end of the day, what matters is what gets shipped.
- You communicate clearly and effectively – ideally backed by data and numbers.
- You are fluent in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Whether your background is a university degree, vocational training, or a non-traditional career path, we care most about what you've built, executed, and achieved.
