Product Lead - Platform (m/f/x)

We are MYNE - Europe's leading fractional co-ownership platform for premium holiday homes, operating from Berlin, Germany, with properties in the 25+ most sought-after holiday destinations across Europe.

We are building a product/tech organization with two complementary types of builders under one roof: a high-agency engineering team, and AI Builder who ship end-to-end solutions with no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted tools. Engineers optimize for scalability, security, and sustainability; AI Builders optimize for speed of execution. Both are right, and both need product management. 

We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Product Lead - Platform (m/f/x) to own the operating system behind our co-ownership offering, spanning property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, property management, and our owner app, to bring engineers and AI Builders together on one joined roadmap, and to lead MYNE's product management practice across Platform, Growth, and Finance as one connected function.

The role

This is both a highly operational, hands-on role and a people-leadership role:

• Platform ownership: you own product management for MYNE's platform - the operating system behind our co-ownership offering, covering property acquisition, property launch, co-owner operations, property management, and our owner app.

• People leadership: you line-manage the Growth PM and the Finance PM, who own their respective product dimensions.

• Senior product voice: you are the senior product voice across all three product dimensions (Growth, Finance, Platform) and the person accountable for a consistent product practice across them.

• Your product dimension: you work with 3-5 engineers and 2-3 AI Builders, who remain in their functional teams with this role acting as a dotted-line partner. Some initiatives are engineering-only, some are AI Builders-only, and a growing number are built in pairs; your job is to make all three modes run off one roadmap.

• Reporting line: reports into MYNE's product/tech leadership.

Leading the product function

• Line management: set goals for the Growth PM and Finance PM, run regular 1:1s, give development feedback, and make hiring and performance calls for their roles.

• Consistent operating model: hold the same rigor around specs, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment across Platform, Growth, and Finance, adapted to each area's context rather than forced into one template.

• Voice to leadership: represent product management to MYNE's leadership team, including trade-offs across the three product dimensions when priorities compete for the same engineering or AI Builder capacity.

Owning the Platform product area

• One joined roadmap: run product management for engineers and AI Builders alike - prioritization, specs, stakeholder alignment, and testing/QA coordination, calibrated to what each side needs.

• Cater to both: give engineers the stringency they need (clear specs, stable priorities, room for scalable and secure architecture) and give AI Builders the lightweight structure they need (80/20 templates, checklists, guardrails) without slowing them down.

• Paired projects and productization: set up and run projects where an engineer and a AI Builder build together, and define the path for productizing AI Builder-built solutions into the core platform once they prove their value and the specifics and edge cases have been prototyped and tested.

• Intake and visibility: maintain a lightweight process so AI Builder initiatives land on the joined roadmap before they overlap with engineering work or each other.

• Risk awareness: surface security, scalability, and data-risk considerations in AI Builder-built solutions and flag them for review, and bring well-known engineering practices (monitoring, alerting, documentation) to the automation layer in a lightweight way. Formal enforcement of non-negotiable guardrails sits with a separate, appropriately empowered function, not with this role.

1. Proven product management delivery. Delivers specs, roadmaps, and QA processes with engineering teams - a track record of shipping, not only planning.

2. Proven people leadership over other PMs. Manages and develops product managers: goal-setting, coaching, and performance decisions, not just peer collaboration. Experience building or scaling a product management team from a small base.

3. ROI- and data-driven, owns business-value KPIs. Grounds every prioritization and trade-off in data and clear reasoning. Owns business-value KPIs directly rather than reporting on them.

4. AI-native fluency, grounded in hands-on building. Understands what no-code, low-code, and AI-assisted ("vibe-coding") tools can and cannot do today because you have built with them, not because you have read about them.

5. Technical peer to engineers. Comfortable enough with engineering concepts and trade-offs to work as a genuine peer with engineers, not just a relay between functions.

6. Creates clarity out of ambiguity. Thrives where goals are unclear, shifting, or unaligned, and builds structure where none exists.

7. 360° coverage - nothing falls through the cracks. Holds the full picture end-to-end and makes sure execution details do not get dropped.

8. Influence without authority. Communicates, earns trust, and aligns people who optimize for different things (speed of execution vs. scalability, security, and sustainability) without formal reporting power over them. Success with AI Builders is adoption, not mandate.

9. One product bar, many contexts. Holds a consistent product standard across teams working on different parts of the business (acquisition/growth, finance/operations, platform), without imposing one-size-fits-all process.

10. Governance exposure. Prior exposure to citizen-development or AI-governance frameworks (this is an emerging space in 2026; willingness to figure it out matters more than prior credentials).

11. Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level).

What good looks like at 6 months

• Team: the Growth PM and Finance PM have clear goals, regular feedback, and are visibly developing under your management.

• Standard: Growth, Finance, and Platform product management operate to a consistent standard without identical processes being forced onto dissimilar problems.

• Roadmap: engineers and AI Builders in your own area run off one joined roadmap with clear specs and a functioning QA/testing cadence.

• Adoption: AI Builders voluntarily use lightweight PM templates and the shared visibility process, without feeling slowed down.

• Delivery: paired engineer/AI Builder projects ship without last-minute collisions or duplicated work, and at least one AI Builder-built solution has been productized into the core platform.

• Leadership interface: leadership has a single, trusted point of contact for product management trade-offs across all three dimensions.

• KPIs: business-value KPIs for the platform product area are owned and tracked, not just reported on.
