Your mission
Debt fund management and lender reporting
- Monitoring our debt portfolios at fund, asset and share level: drawdowns, deployments, repayments, re-disbursements and available liquidity.
- Tracking key credit metrics (LTV, LTC, interest cover, debt maturities) and ensuring compliance with facility terms and covenants.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly lender reporting, including portfolio snapshots, interest statements and asset commentary.
- Building scenario-based financial models and cash flow analyses for potential acquisitions and managed assets.
- Underwriting new acquisitions for debt deployment, including LTV and LTC sizing, sensitivity analysis and downside scenarios.
- Supporting due diligence on acquisitions (legal, technical and financial documents).
- Evaluating financing solutions for property acquisition and development, including senior, junior and consumer financing options.
- Preparing investment recommendations and presenting regularly to Senior Management and other stakeholders.
- Establishing financial controlling and preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analyses (budget, forecast and actuals).
- Overseeing revenue collection and Co-Owner invoicing, including monitoring receivables and collection rates, reconciling payments against asset-level cash flows, and assessing the impact on liquidity, returns and debt service capacity.
- Analyzing and interpreting financial metrics to derive recommendations for action.
- Supporting business cases and updating the business plan, ensuring efficient and consistent planning across divisions.
- Improving data quality, models and reporting processes, and conducting ad-hoc analyses for various stakeholders
Your profile
- A degree in business administration, economics, finance, real estate or a similar field, completed with an outstanding grade point average.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships/work experience) in real estate finance, debt or credit, funds, lending, transaction management, controlling or investment banking.
- A solid understanding of real estate financing and the capital stack (senior, junior and mezzanine debt), and of key credit metrics such as LTV, LTC and interest cover.
- Advanced financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel, including cash flow, scenario and debt models; strong PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent analytical and structured working skills, with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team, while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Confident, clear communication with senior stakeholders, lenders and investors.
- Native or fluent in both German and English (C1).
